Description
The employer is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst for a 14-month fixed-term contract in Berlin. The role supports and improves the Quality Management System for medical devices under EN ISO 13485 and MDSAP, manages and investigates customer complaints, performs statistical evaluations, supports risk management and CAPAs, releases products after batch-documentation review, maintains quality documentation, trains employees, and represents the company in audits. The position requires a university degree in technology, preferably at bachelor’s level, knowledge of relevant medical-device standards, strong IT skills, and fluency in German and English. The salary is 48,800–61,000 EUR gross per year, with pension and insurance benefits.
