Description
The Quality Assurance and Quality Systems Manager will build, monitor, and optimize end-to-end QA/QS systems across Solvis’s product lines, including heat pumps, storage systems, modular systems, electrification, and HEMS. The role covers inspection processes, quality KPIs, root-cause analysis, dashboards, cross-functional task forces, quality gates across the product lifecycle, and the development of a quality-first culture. It requires a relevant engineering or quality-management degree, several years of quality assurance experience, process-management expertise, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position is based in Braunschweig, Lower Saxony, with a 35-hour workweek, partial home office, and other benefits.
