Somerset Larder is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Assistant to audit, monitor, and improve quality and food-safety systems across its operations. The role covers allergen management, sampling, HACCP and food-safety audits, product-launch support, traceability, incident investigation, and corrective actions, with travel across client and company sites. Candidates need a food-safety qualification, HACCP and allergen-management training, a driving licence, and prior QA or food-safety and hospitality experience; the position pays £17.62 per hour and is based at Compass House, North Petherton, with other locations as required.
