Description
Baxter is recruiting a QA Associate for its Elstree manufacturing site, which produces synthetic bone graft material. The role covers sampling and testing of intermediate and finished products, coordination with external laboratories, product release documentation, goods-in inspection, equipment calibration and maintenance, quality-system audits, complaints, investigations, and CAPA. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technological subject, at least two years of GMP-related experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field, knowledge of cleanroom control, and familiarity with NCR/CAPA, complaint, and document-control processes. The position is Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and requires full cleanroom PPE.
