Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist conducts daily quality-control checks, random sampling, QA calibration, call-center process audits, and Service Level Agreement compliance reviews for Conduent state contracts. The role provides analytical feedback, requires 1–2 years of call-center or quality-assurance experience, Microsoft tools, strong communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and permanent United States work authorization. It is an in-office position with a Monday–Friday schedule, occasional overtime, and possible Saturday shifts; it may become work from home based on performance and may require call handling during peak volumes.
