Seek Now is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to review insurance claim inspection reports for accuracy and quality, identify trends, close job orders, schedule customer appointments, resolve inbound issues, monitor emails, and escalate problems as needed. The role requires a high school diploma, at least three years of customer service experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to learn new systems; property and casualty insurance and quality-assurance experience are preferred. The position is office-based, mostly sedentary, with multiple shifts available and no travel.
