The Quality Group is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Associate in Elmshorn to start on 01.11.2026. The role ensures compliance with quality and hygiene requirements in food operations, supports error management and root-cause analysis, follows up on audit findings, handles customer complaints, conducts food-safety training, and serves as a quality contact for operational teams. Candidates need vocational training or a food-related degree, several years of food-industry experience, knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and HACCP, familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, LIMS, and Microsoft Office, and fluent German and English communication skills.
