Description
The Quality Assurance Manager serves as the communication point for QA audits involving project teams, PSI divisions, vendors, operations staff, and clients. The role prepares, conducts, reports, and documents QA study, internal systems, internal location, vendor qualification, and internal process audits, while training PSI Operations staff in quality management. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in life science, at least three years of quality management or quality assurance experience, two to three supervised QA audits, English and Japanese proficiency, communication and customer-service skills, leadership and organizational abilities, and MS Office proficiency including MS Project.
