Able Stars ABA LLC is hiring a Quality Assurance BCBA to support clinical quality, documentation integrity, staff development, and compliance for ABA services. The role focuses on reviewing and approving treatment plans and reassessments, maintaining payer and regulatory compliance, overseeing clinical audits and billing approval, developing training and mentorship for BCBAs and RBTs, and managing certification/recertification oversight. The position requires an active BCBA certification, a master's degree, verified coursework in behavior analysis and ethics, and at least 3 years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
