Description
McGard LLC is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer for a Monday–Friday first shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The role plans, directs, and executes quality management system activities; develops root-cause and corrective-action procedures; designs sampling and inspection systems; leads continuous improvement; supports suppliers; troubleshoots manufacturing and product-development processes; and mentors QA personnel. The position requires at least three years of quality-related experience, strong problem-solving and Excel skills, and preferably an engineering degree, CQE certification, IATF/ISO and APQP experience, and Minitab experience. The salary is $75,000–$120,000 annually DOE, with benefits including paid holidays, paid time off, profit sharing, and an on-site cafeteria.
