Redwire Corporation is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to support quality standards throughout the production lifecycle. The role involves root-cause analysis, corrective actions, test-plan support, quality documentation, compliance with ISO9001, ISO1400, EN9100 and other regulations, and continuous improvement. Candidates need an engineering degree, quality-management experience, knowledge of electronic components, assemblies, manufacturing processes and software, proficiency with MS Office and MS Dynamics, and fluency in Latvian and English. The position offers a gross monthly salary of 2700–3400 EUR, health and children accident insurance after probation, accident insurance from the first day, a performance-based annual bonus, and other benefits.
