Salient Systems is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to evaluate system specifications, create and execute test cases, track bugs in JIRA, and perform functional and non-functional testing with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support. The role uses AI/LLM tools for test case drafting, log analysis, and lightweight scripting, and requires at least two years of software testing experience, API testing, SQL, and experience with Claude or comparable LLM tools. Preferred qualifications include automation, AWS, scalability and security testing, and video management software testing.
