Shield AI is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to support the development and flight test of its X-BAT program. The role is embedded with flight test and engineering operations and focuses on preparing test articles, verifying configurations, inspecting hardware, reviewing engineering documentation, managing discrepancies and nonconformances, supporting root-cause analysis and corrective actions, maintaining quality records, and supporting configuration management and traceability. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of developmental or operational ground or flight test experience, and willingness to work outdoors at test ranges and travel as required.
