Description
The role is responsible for establishing and monitoring an end-to-end quality assurance system, optimizing inspection processes, analyzing quality KPIs and root causes, maintaining quality dashboards, leading cross-functional quality task forces, defining QA gates and inspection specifications across the product lifecycle, and supporting quality requirements from early development through production and field use. The position requires a degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, quality management, or a comparable field, several years of quality assurance experience, process-management expertise, analytical and communication skills, and strong problem-solving ability.
