Jack Henry is hiring an entry-level Quality Assurance Engineer I to support software testing, automation, defect tracking, test environment maintenance, and test case documentation for its digital banking and payments technology team. The role is designed to build foundational QA skills while working collaboratively, with responsibilities spanning manual and automated testing, reporting, and adherence to quality standards. The position can be worked remotely anywhere in the United States except California, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent specialized training, with nice-to-have familiarity in banking, GCP, Python, Cypress, and programming or data management.
