Description
Blue Origin is hiring a quality professional within its Operations organization to inspect and test aerospace materials, components, and finished products; manage nonconformances and corrective actions; prepare AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports; maintain quality records; support audits, quality metrics, production issue resolution, and manufacturing documentation traceability. The role requires an engineering or technical associate degree with 3+ years of quality experience, a bachelor's degree with 1+ year, or 5+ years of directly relevant experience, along with knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, dimensional inspection tools, and AS9100/ISO 9001. Aerospace or other regulated manufacturing experience, quality certifications, NDT, IPC-620-S, NADCAP processes, statistical process control, and QMS/MES/ERP experience are preferred. The position works an A-shift 4/10 schedule Monday through Thursday, with relocation provided and a technical assessment during interviews.
