Description
The Quality Assurance Manager at the Arras site reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and oversees quality standards across operational support departments, including production, technical, and analytical laboratory teams. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, quality documentation and tool development, QA review of operational data, deviation and CAPA management, shop-floor quality management, KPI oversight, commissioning and validation deliverables, audits, and mentoring. The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree with a defended thesis, initial operational-site experience, and proficiency in quality tools and lean management. It is a permanent contract with weekend Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shifts and includes health insurance and other group benefits.
