Description
PT AHK Testing Indonesia is hiring a full-time Quality Manager to ensure its independent testing, inspection, and analysis services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements under ISO/IEC 17025 and/or ISO/IEC 17020. The role owns the quality management system, KAN accreditation and compliance matters, quality control data, root cause analysis, NCR and CAPA systems, document control, external audits, and continuous improvement across Indonesia. Candidates need at least five years of quality assurance experience, including two years in a dedicated quality leadership role, relevant scientific education, and knowledge of coal and minerals sampling, preparation, and testing methods.
