Description
The Quality Assurance Manager will own and scale the company’s Quality Assurance Framework, transforming QA from reactive support into a proactive, centralized quality management function. The role establishes standards and SOPs, leads audits and cross-functional alignment, manages quality issues and corrective actions, oversees quality performance for enterprise and strategic accounts, and leads and develops the QA team. It requires 5–7 years of Quality Management or QA leadership experience, experience across complex industries, a proven track record of building or scaling a Quality Management System, strong analytical and leadership abilities, and business-level English communication.
