Description
The Quality Assurance Manager leads program staff and quality assurance activities for data processing, database services, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement across contract programs, satellite sites, and special projects. The role includes data entry and reconciliation, performance reporting, ISO audits, staff development, and coordination with leadership and contracting agencies. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with at least three years of professional experience including one year of leadership or supervisory experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organizational and time-management skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
