Nova 401(k) Associates is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to review work product for retirement-plan administration, including trust accounting, ADP/ACP testing, 401(a) and 410(b) testing, 5500 forms, contribution calculations, and safe harbor compliance. The role also involves process improvement, standards development, client-service projects, feedback and training for junior staff, plan-document interpretation, and regulatory research. It is a fully remote, salaried position for a U.S.-based employee, with approximately 37.5 hours per week and occasional travel to the home office or industry events.
