Description
Textron Systems is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality Assurance department for its ATAC airborne tactical training organization. The role manages QA personnel, ensures compliance with aviation and defense regulations, oversees maintenance policies and ground operating procedures, coordinates with quality control, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and manages non-conforming product processes. The manager reports to the Director of Maintenance, requires at least 10 years of aircraft maintenance management or Quality Assurance experience, an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license, and 20% travel.
