Hermanson Company is hiring a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer to oversee the quality and safety of piping systems, mechanical HVAC units, and related components during fabrication and installation. The role conducts inspections and tests of materials, welds, joints, and finished systems; reviews drawings and measurements; documents non-conformances; coordinates third-party inspections; and collaborates with engineering, construction, project management, and subcontractor teams to resolve quality issues and maintain compliance with codes and project specifications. The position requires AWS Certified Welding Inspector certification, a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training and experience, and knowledge of construction codes and inspection tools. The salary range is $130,000 to $155,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
