Description
The QA Technical Service Rep performs roof patching and repair on Tremco’s installed roofing systems, estimates materials and labor, documents completed work, communicates with customers and internal teams, and supports quality assurance activities. The role requires roofing experience, commercial roofing tool knowledge, quality-control monitoring, customer service, physical roof work, travel, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $20–$33 per hour, with benefits including a 401K match, company pension plan, health insurance, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and continuing education.
