IRCA Group is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist in Hochheim am Main to oversee food safety, hygiene, allergen control, HACCP, audits, pest control, training, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Food Technologies or a related field, at least two years of similar experience, knowledge of food analysis, hygiene, IFS, and HACCP, fluent German and English, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP. The position is 38 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
