Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist will own the quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance of advanced radar systems, developing quality plans and QMS processes, leading supplier and cross-functional quality improvement initiatives, overseeing functional and system-level testing and calibration, reviewing technical documentation, managing supplier audits and incoming material acceptance, and tracking defect and process-maturity metrics. The role requires a university degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field, at least 10 years of progressive manufacturing quality experience, knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and QMS governance, and the ability to work with international teams and travel up to 10%.
