Description
Verra Mobility is hiring an Event Processing Quality Assurance Specialist to re-review processed events, assess the accuracy of prior processing, document and correct errors, monitor anomalies and trends, process escalated queues, and participate in stakeholder communication sessions. The role reports to the Event Processing Supervisor within the Operations team and requires strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills, familiarity with processing rules, and advanced computer skills with O365 and reporting databases.
