Description
KDC is hiring a full-time, on-site Quality Supervisor in Groveport, Ohio to lead QA and QC professionals, manage quality and compliance, resolve issues, conduct investigations and root-cause analyses, support audits and product launches, and develop team members. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, microbiology, biology, or a related science, at least three years of supervisory experience in laboratory environments, and strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and microbiological testing. The position involves working in a climate-controlled facility with moderate to loud noise, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and navigation of a busy production floor.
