Strive Pharmacy is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Supervisor in Gilbert, Arizona, to oversee the site-specific quality team and ensure compliance with pharmacy SOPs, product specifications, and applicable state and federal standards. The role supervises QA staff, audits documentation and cleanroom activities, verifies labeling and raw materials, supports deviations and CAPA, tracks quality metrics, and authorizes product staging and release. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical compounding, medical device, or allied health science quality assurance or quality control, and hands-on experience in aseptic operations and cleanroom environments. The position is onsite, scheduled Friday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and pays $62,000–$70,000 annually.
