Quality Assurance Technician- Midnight Shift at Second Nature Brands

Second Nature Brands is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Technician for its Sanders Chocolate Factory in Clinton Township, Michigan. The role monitors production processes, tests raw and finished products, performs visual inspections and ATP swabs, conducts GMP audits, documents quality activities, and supports finished-goods movement and food-safety compliance. The position works Sunday through Thursday on the morning shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with weekday or weekend overtime as needed, and pays $18.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium. A high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and at least one year of food safety and quality assurance experience are listed, with the latter marked preferred.
