Description
Lead the Quality function across a Region, managing processes from Inquiry to Order to Remission, including Tendering, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning. This role supports the Region Operations Leader by implementing Root Cause Analysis, promoting cultural change via Lean tools, and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives like Hoshin Kanri and Bowler. The individual will report to the Region Leader and functionally to the Product Line Quality Leader, providing global quality leadership to optimize and embed quality performance.
