Description
The AR Quality Auditor evaluates the quality and accuracy of Accounts Receivable workflows in United States healthcare revenue cycle management, including denial management, insurance follow-ups, appeals, documentation, and payment posting. The role audits AR associate work, identifies error trends and root causes, maintains quality scorecards and dashboards, collaborates with operations, training, and clients, ensures compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines, participates in calibration, and drives corrective action plans. Candidates need at least four years of AR experience in US healthcare RCM, one year of AR Quality Auditor experience, and strong knowledge of denials, appeals, payer guidelines, EOB/ERA analysis, billing systems, and EMRs.
