Description
The Quality Care Clerk tracks the completion of referrals, diagnostic tests, and laboratory tests in the quality department to improve patient health outcomes. The role contacts patients to develop plans for completing recommended tests and referrals, identifies barriers, and educates patients about rescheduling and test completion. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with data entry or tracking systems experience desirable and previous medical experience preferred. The position offers $16.80+ per hour with experience, medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, a 401K match, paid holidays, PTO, and no weekend shifts.
