Description
BENTELER is seeking a quality and claims professional for its Steel/Tube division to manage customer complaints and claims, coordinate with mill operations, sales, quality, procurement, suppliers, processors, surveyors, and customers, maintain complaints in SAP, conduct or support inspections and investigations, and address transportation and import-related issues. The role requires substantial manufacturing and quality-assurance experience, knowledge of tubular or steel manufacturing, OCTG finishing, testing requirements, API/ASTM/ISO standards, SAP/ERP systems, and strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
