Description
QualityMinds GmbH seeks an experienced Quality Coach for Software Quality and Testing to advise customers on quality assurance and testing, develop test strategies and concepts, evaluate testing tools, coach testers and test managers, identify risks and improvement opportunities, support project staffing, lead workshops and trainings, and coordinate with stakeholders. The role is based in Nürnberg, München, or remotely and offers flexible hours and hybrid work. Candidates need a relevant IT qualification, several years of software testing experience, ISTQB Foundation certification, coaching experience, strong German and English skills, and knowledge of testing automation frameworks.
