Kymera International is hiring a Quality Control Inspector, also described as a Coatings Inspector/Technician, to inspect and evaluate coatings and surface preparation on equipment and structures. The role is based in the Chesapeake, Virginia shop with 50–75% travel to domestic and international job sites, including shipboard work. Responsibilities include dimensional and coating inspections, documentation, calibration support, root-cause analysis, compliance with military and quality standards, safety oversight, and training. Candidates need NACE certification, at least three years of manufacturing, machining, or shipyard/ship repair experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain required government credentials and travel internationally.
