SimpleXX is seeking a Quality Compliance Manager for Airbus’s Finkenwerder site through employee leasing, with an option for permanent employment. The role ensures compliance with process and product standards, maintains quality reporting indicators, manages corrective actions and customer quality issues, defines quality processes, coordinates remedial actions, reports quality performance, and conducts DFMEAs. Applicants need a relevant degree, engineering or manufacturing experience, process-management and DFMEA knowledge, German and English communication skills, and familiarity with MS Excel and Skywise.
