ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH is hiring a Quality Conformance Manager for the Structural Assembly Department. The role monitors and analyzes structural assembly processes, defines and digitizes quality KPIs in Skywise, supports the Design Office with quality requirements, applies APQP, DFMA, and PPS, coordinates quality issues, conducts root-cause analyses, and leads improvement projects. Candidates need a completed degree in aircraft construction, engineering, or a comparable technical qualification, practical knowledge of project management, process improvement, quality management, quality assurance, structural mechanics, and structural assembly in the aerospace and space industry, Google Workspace knowledge, and fluent German and English. The position offers an indefinite employment contract, mobile working by arrangement, training, and flexible working hours.
