Description
SimpleXX GmbH is seeking a Quality Conformance Manager for the Finkenwerder site in partnership with Airbus Defence and Space. The role leads multi-functional teams, creates and optimizes inspection plans, defines and approves quality-assurance inspection requirements, identifies error sources through FMEA, analyzes problems using 9S and SPC, optimizes inspection and cross-departmental processes, and prepares process descriptions compliant with Airbus standards. The position is offered through temporary staffing or employee leasing with an option for permanent employment, and requires a relevant degree, manufacturing or quality-management experience, technical analysis and problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
