Description
This role involves utilizing knowledge of the Non-Profit Foundation's business environment and applying internal policies. Responsibilities include effective communication, organizing project planning, operating standard equipment and office automation systems, and performing various technical maintenance tasks. The individual will identify KPIs for quality control processes, ensuring high-quality product production aligned with customer satisfaction goals. They must understand and implement occupational health & safety policies, interpret legal requirements, and conduct root cause analyses for quality issues. Additionally, the role requires testing and inspecting products and materials in QC labs, using advanced lab equipment, to improve manufacturing processes.
