Description
The Quality Control Advisor supports prospective and existing vacation-ownership owners through consultative presentations, property and model tours, contract and legal-document processing, loan-application review, financing explanations, and follow-up on referrals and reload opportunities. The role maintains customer relationships, monitors satisfaction and contract timeliness, answers owner questions, and coordinates virtual tours. Candidates must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required; a high school diploma or GCSE-level equivalent and three years of related experience are preferred, while English proficiency is required.
