Lesaffre is hiring a Quality Control Analyst for its Red Star Yeast team to perform analytical testing on yeast and yeast-derived products, manage laboratory workload and projects, maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments, support SOPs and quality systems, train laboratory technicians, and resolve product-quality issues. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, 3–5 years of analytical laboratory experience, laboratory safety and chemistry experience, and proficiency with instruments such as HPLC, ICP-OES, auto-titrators, and nitrogen analyzers.
