Description
The Aerospace Quality Control Specialist compiles, processes, and analyzes aircraft quality-control records; maintains electronic databases and technical-order documentation; audits manufacturing, inspection, maintenance, and release records; generates Quality Deficiency Reports; and coordinates aircraft and component releases. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, five years of aerospace quality-control or aircraft configuration-management experience, familiarity with Air Force technical-order forms and electronic record-keeping systems, and the ability to work in both office and production-floor environments.
