Description
The Construction Quality Control Specialist will develop and maintain quality management systems, ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations, conduct on-site inspections and material and workmanship testing, coordinate third-party testing, document non-conformances and corrective actions, and support audits and quality reporting. The role also includes process improvement, root-cause analysis, quality training, and coordination among project management, contractors, and subcontractors. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, and at least two years of construction quality-control, quality-assurance, or site-supervision experience is required.
