Hays Electrical Services is hiring a full-time Quality Control Coordinator in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The role supports quality control for a large-scale electrical construction project through field inspections, electrical installation verification, Inspection and Test Plan execution, documentation management, testing records, commissioning readiness, punch-list closeout, non-conformance tracking, and coordination with field and QA/QC teams. Candidates need 2–5 years of electrical construction or QA/QC-related experience, basic electrical systems knowledge, familiarity with the National Electrical Code, ability to interpret electrical drawings, and strong documentation and communication skills.
