Description
The QC Destruct Lab Team Leader leads day-to-day quality control operations in a destructive laboratory, overseeing weld and cut-and-etch testing, inspections, calibrations, validations, reporting, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates lab technicians and workflows, supports root-cause analysis, and ensures testing meets customer specifications, IATF 16949 requirements, and Toyota Production System principles. It requires proficiency with measurement tools, Windows and Microsoft Office applications, automotive quality standards, and strong communication skills, with occasional travel and overtime as needed.
