Description
The Quality Control Inspector performs in-process, final, and final inspections of aircraft parts, components, systems, and structures, including mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic assemblies. The role evaluates parts against design specifications and industry standards, inspects incoming parts and maintenance documentation, identifies discrepancies, and ensures compliance with FAA regulations, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and approved procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Airframe and Powerplant license, at least five years of heavy service experience, precision-measuring-tool proficiency, and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
