Description
The Assistant Quality Control Manager supports the Quality Control Manager in overseeing inspection, testing, and documentation for ATMI Precast products. The role coordinates the QC team, assists with inspector training and mentoring, reviews production records, performs pre-pour and post-pour inspections, tests concrete, conducts strength testing, and helps improve production processes. It requires an associate or bachelor's degree in applied science, ACI certification within six months, blueprint and measuring-tape skills, strong math and communication abilities, and willingness to work early mornings, outdoors, and occasionally on Saturdays.
