Description
The FQC Quality Control Technician tests materials, assembled parts, and finished products across before, in-process, and final production stages to ensure compliance with laws, company standards, and specifications. The role uses inspection tools, documents and maintains test data, identifies defects and deviations, communicates quality concerns, and contributes to quality-control improvements. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED equivalent, 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, English proficiency, and familiarity with PCBA contract manufacturing, ESD, IPC standards, and workmanship requirements.
