Description
The Quality Control Technician monitors and evaluates workmanship across commercial roofing projects in Connecticut and New York. The role performs planned and random jobsite inspections, documents onsite visits, enforces installation and safety specifications, verifies compliance with contract plans and building codes, addresses installation errors, and conducts final quality-control inspections within 24 hours of job completion. The position also involves material delivery, subcontractor and production meetings, and uploading photos to a CRM. One to two years of commercial roofing experience and construction safety knowledge are preferred, along with the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders to at least 25 feet, and hold a valid driver's license.
